In September 2012, Charter Oak Federal Credit Union broke ground on its $18 million corporate headquarters on the corner of Route 85 and Industrial Drive in Waterford, CT. Kobyluck Construction Co was awarded the sitework contract for this project. From start to finish, Kobyluck Construction Co was contracted to carry out all of the work associated with this site. The work Kobyluck Construction performed included earth work, on-site crushing, storm sewer including a ground water recharge system, on-site sanitary sewer which included 1200 lf of off site sewer main, fire protection and domestic water DIP, site electric, site lighting and site finishes including grading, paving, curbing and line striping. Part of the contract required Kobyluck Construction Co to subcontract/oversee vendors to perform clearing and grubbing, drilling and blasting, and landscaping. Kobyluck Construction Co provides all aspects of site work, whether self performed or outsourced, to provide a top quality product, this particular one that we drive by every day on the way to our main headquarters.
